Game Notes:

• K's house was a mess due to bathroom reno, and there were no chips - yet we persevered!
• Z won with only 3 guys (but a clean-shaven face)
• K & G both got 6 guys early on, then struggled with food engine for entire second half of game
• Discussed whether we should have a house rule when using the Tribes expansion - mixed views - not sure what was decided
• Games weekend discussed - agreed to go with Laurie's cabin instead of renting a place
• Discussed gaming options for cottage - mix of a couple 4hr and 3hr slots, with an 8hr slot on Saturday for either a long game or a series of shorter side-by-side 3er games done in a tournament format

Game Notes:

• Draft setup with extra card house rule
• One too many Minor Improvements were dealt out, leading to confusion
• K wins tie breaker: not sure why
• G played Clay Worker on first turn and used it effectively (unlike Z who played Clay Worker on two previous Agricola games)
• W hated having to go first
• Kept running out of grain and food and needing to use the chits because K was hoarding both
• K hoarded starting player in later rounds to max out Broom 
• W had an fence/animals/building materials engine that looked unstoppable at mid-game
• "How in the hell did W not win?"
• Cottage weekend: April 29-30 works for most members.
• J checking with L and Z checking his lead as back up
